Dear Home Owners
There will be a meeting of all concern owners
Date: Saturday May 1, 2010
Time: 10:am
Place: San Bernardino Public Library ---555 W. 6th Steet, San Bernardino Ca.
I strongly suggest that before you pay the latest $2400.00 assessment you should request the following from the Mt. View HOA and Empire Management Group.
1. Access to the Books and Records of the Corporation (Mountain View HOA)
2. The last annual financial report
3. Names and addresses of all the other homeowners
4. A meeting with the Board and all of the homeowners.
5. A resolution containing written finding as to the necessity of this extraordinary expense involved and why the expense was not or could not have been reasonably foreseen in the budgeting process (per Ca. CC Section 1366(3))
This information must be given to you so that you can make informed decisions about assessments and management protocol.
